-Lawn must me mowed on a weekly basis during growing season March thru November.
-Lawn must have properly working automatic irrigation system.
-Lawn must receive proper amount of water weekly to ensure proper moisture level.
-Insect or disease damage must be addressed and treated if present.
-Advise from technicians must be taken seriously and implemented by homeowner.
-If a problem is present customer agrees to give Abracadabra an opportunity and reasonable amount of time according to industry standards to correct the problem.
